Contract Description:
8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.

Contract Description:
The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 (a Multiple Award Schedule) grants agencies direct access to commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT Community through 20 Special Item Numbers (SINS). These SINs cover the most general purpose commercial IT hardware, software and services. IT Schedule 70 allows for choice, flexibility, ease of use and access to the highest quality of IT products, services and solutions from small businesses and industry giants.

Contract Description:
The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. MOBIS contractors possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influence such as the President's Management Agenda; Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act; OMB Circular A-76; Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act; government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining.

Navy SeaPort-e

Contract Description:
SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract-holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation's engine of job growth.

Contract Description:
DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides a full range of IT capabilities/solutions and emerging technologies for use throughout the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). EAGLE has a base period of performance of five years with two one-year options. DHS established multiple IT Support Service contracts in five functional categories (FC's):

  •     FC1 - Engineering Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration
  •     FC2 - Operations and Maintenance
  •     FC3 - Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation, and Verification
  •     FC4 - Software Development
  •     FC5 - Management Support Services

CBP Modernization (IBM)

Contract Description:
Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) is the commercial trade processing system being developed by CBP to facilitate legitimate trade and strengthen border security. The CBP Modernization Contract has expanded beyond the ACE development project to include several other CBP tasks.

TIPSS-3 (IBM)

Contract Description:
TIPSS-3 contracts were awarded as a result of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Solicitation No. TIRNO-04-R-00017 for Total Information Processing Support Services-3 (TIPSS-3). Each contract is indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The task orders "cost" types may be cost-reimbursement plus fixed fee (CPFF), firm fixed price (FFP), or time and materials (T&M), depending on the nature of the services to be provided, dollar values, and other factors.

ITES-2S (IBM)

Contract Description:
ITES-2 is a consolidated contract vehicle for products and services and will serve as a follow-on to the original ITES program, which was a relatively "small" $500 million vehicle that was used as a learning experience. The contract vehicle will run for 9 years and will include a wide range of IT services that support the U.S. Army's enterprise infrastructure.

ALLIANT (IBM)

Contract Description:
Alliant is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) GWAC with a $50B program ceiling and a five-year base period (with one, five-year option). All contract types are allowed - fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour and time-and-materials.

Alliant's comprehensive IT services based scope is designed to provide access to "Anything IT Anywhere". Alliant's scope is directly aligned to the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture (DoDEA); ensuring emerging technologies will remain within scope over the life of the contract.

The Alliant contract is flexible and can be easily customized at the Order level to construct a solution that manages risk through contract types and applicable CLIN structures suitable to your requirement. Client agencies may also add agency-specific clauses at the Order level when developing their Order requirements.
